West Update – Officials Report To Austin

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Officials are set to tell a Texas House committee about their investigation into the fertilizer plant explosion that killed 15 people in the town of West. Their only other briefing in front of the Homeland Security and Public Safety Committee came early last month. Investigators have said the cause of the fire is unknown.
