March Madness 2022

It's that time of the year where the vast majority of Americans are scouring the web for empty tournament brackets to fill out and searching for every reason to hang around and watch some college hoops. It's time for March Madness, and the 2022 bracket has a good chunk of teams from the Lone Star State.

Brackets can be found all over the internet from pretty much any sports media outlet. The NCAA website is ideal for anyone filling out from the first four to the Final Four. This year the bracket is heavy on Texas, including the reigning champions from 2021.

There are 6 teams participating in the tournament from the state of Texas. Those teams are:

3 Texas Tech
1 Baylor

These six Texas teams will journey through the tournament trying to be crowned the 2022 NCAA Tournament Champions.

NCAA Mens Basketball Champions

The Baylor Bears men's basketball team are the reigning champs from a season ago. Coach Scott Drew led the bears to an 86-70 win over Gonzaga in what may be considered one of the greatest rebounds and rebuilds in program history. They return this year looking to defend their title of NCAA men's basketball champs.
