Back in May, a Temple woman was arrested for criminal trespassing. Now she's being charged with first degree felony arson of a habitation.

According to police, 26-year-old Alicia Savannah Pina was seen on a surveillance camera walking up to the front porch of a house located on S. 23rd St. in Temple.

She was holding a red square plastic container and was seen leaving the residence with flame and smoke behind her.

Unfortunately, there were people in the house she set ablaze and that, my friend, makes you eligible for a first-degree felony arson charge.

She is now in custody in Bell County Jail being held on bonds totaling $101,500.
