West Recovery Center To Undergo Change Monday

WEST, Texas (AP) — A government assistance center in a Central Texas town devastated by a deadly fertilizer plant explosion will now concentrate on providing loans. The recovery center in West becomes the Small Business Administration disaster loan outreach center today. The April 17th blast in West killed 15 people and left about 200 injured.
