A New Endless Macaroni Bar Has Opened Up Shop In Waco, Texas

Have you ever gone to an endless macaroni bar? Yeah, me neither, but now's as good a time as any to try something new.
Roni's Mac Bar is a new addition to Union Hall in Downtown Waco. This new customizable macaroni bar looks like it's guaranteed to make your taste buds go haywire.
Macaroni lovers have the opportunity to pick a base for their mac and cheese from a list that includes Marinara and Pesto. After picking the sauce, you get an array of toppings to choose from to customize the dish. The list of toppings include meat options such as chicken, brisket, ham, bacon, chili and more; then a veggie option featuring tomatoes, broccoli, onions, breadcrumbs, parmesan, pineapples and more. Finally, you pick a sauce from options such as ranch, BBQ, ketchup hot sauce, sour cream, salsa and teriyaki.

So who's behind this magnificent idea?
Waco's very own duo Frank and Mary Senese, The married couple are no strangers to the food industry in Waco. They also own Dough Re Mi in Belton and Waco, a business which specializes in edible cookie dough made without raw eggs.
Their goals for Roni's Mac Bar was to create something special that everyone would enjoy by using comfort food. From signature bowls to new creations, every day is an out-of-the-box experience.
You're invited to the grand opening/ribbon cotton that will be held February 12 at 11 a.m, and if you can't wait that long to try a custom Mac bowl, the restaurant is already open. Business hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
