American Dream U Coming to Ft Hood for Event Designed to Transition Soldiers to Civilian Life
March 27th & 28th, American Dream U, a non-profit, will be at Ft. Hood for an event every soldier transitioning to civilian life and civilian jobs can use.
American Dream U is a non-profit organization with the goal of assisting soldiers in getting education and access to resources in the transition to civilian life. This FREE event, scheduled for March 27th & 28th, will give soldiers an opportunity to get advice from some of the nation's top business leaders.
Whether soldiers are looking to find their dream job or start their own business, the event is designed to provide the knowledge, resources and network needed to meet those long-term goals. American Dream U is designed to provide access to top entrepreneurs and accomplished peers to navigate the new roads ahead.
This event is held at military bases around the globe, and March 27th and 28th Ft. Hood will be the location. Soldiers are encouraged to visit the website for American Dream U in order to sign up, free of charge, for the event. Friday, March 27th, beginning at 0900 at Palmer Theater, Building 334. Saturday, March 28th at Oveta-Culp-Hobby Center beginning at 0900 will be day two of the two-day event.
