Body Recovered in Lake Belton

The body of Larry Dixon, 58, has been recovered and an autopsy has been ordered.

Dixon was dropped off by friends Thursday morning, but could not be found when they returned that afternoon. They called the authorities after finding his clothing and fishing gear on the shore.

The body was found by game wardens with the use of sonar and was recovered by the Morgan's Point Dive Team.

Dixon was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death is under investigation.
