Flooding in Central Texas Has Been Seen Before

If you've seen one flood, odds are you're going to see it again.

I lived here 14 years now. Seen Lake Belton flood it's banks a few times. And with all the rain were getting this week, I'm guessing I'm going to be seeing it again.
