A ranch in Georgetown is being transformed into a huge park. It's going to be so huge, believe me.

According to KXAN, Jack and Cammy Garey donated their ranch to Georgetown to create a park for the public. It'll be bigger than Zilker Park in Austin.

Georetown will break ground on the project in late March. The park will include an equestrian arena, splash pad, dog park, and amphitheater. The 6,500-square foot house that sits on the property will be transformed into an event area.

The cost of the transformation from Ranch to Park will be $13.5 million.
