Home Explosion Leaves A Man Dead

KWTX reports that a 25-year-old Lubbock man lost his life after an explosion took place in his home.

The victim was identified as Herschel Potts, and authorities believe the explosion was  caused by a gas leak in the home.

Investigators say the explosion originated in the attic of Potts' home, and had ruled it accidental. However, the cause remained under investigation Tuesday.
