Houston Rockets Owner Leslie Alexander Donates $4 Million to Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort
Donations of cash and supplies are pouring in to Houston and surrounding areas in the wake of Hurricane Harvey's devastation of Texas' Gulf Coast, and one NBA team owner has dug deep to get the region back on its feet.
Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander has donated $4 million dollars to Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner's Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.
In a Facebook post, Alexander wrote:
Our hearts are heavy seeing the devastation that so many of our friends, family and neighbors are experiencing.
Leslie Alexander has contributed $4 million to Mayor Sylvester Turner's Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund in an effort to help Clutch City come back stronger than ever.
