Killeen Authorities Investigate Motel Shooting

KWTX's Brandon Hamilton reported that Killeen authorities are investigating into a shooting that took place on Sunday afternoon.

The shooting that occurred took place at the Liberty 6 Motel on E. Veterans Memorial Blvd., and one person had to be sent to the hospital.

According to Killeen Police Department, they got word of the call slightly after 1:30 p.m.. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found the male victim with multiple gunshot wounds.

The man was taken by Life Flight to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple in critical condition.

There were no further details in this case presently.
