Killeen Community Center And Other Shelters Open This Weekend Due To Freezing Weather
As you've no doubt felt, another blast of arctic cold weather has appeared in Central Texas and temperatures are expected to drop into the freezing range overnight.
The Killeen Community Center and several other shelters will be open this weekend to provide temporary relief from those suffering with the freezing temperatures. The KCC will be open 24 hours a day, and they will continue to remain open as long as freezing temperatures persist. The Community Center is located at 2201 E. Veterans Memorial Boulevard.
