Killeen Man Charged With Soliciting Minor Online

Hours after the arrest of a Harker Heights man during a sexual solicitation sting in Hamilton, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office reported that a Killeen man was arrested in connection with the same investigation.

Fernando Souchet, 43, was booked into the Bell County Jail at 4:08 PM Wednesday. He's been charged with online solicitation of a minor - a third-degree felony. His bond was set at $50,000.

Souchet's arrest came after the Hamilton County sheriff issued a felony warrant, which was executed by the Bell County Organized Crime Unit.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office announced early Wednesday that 34-year-old Shane Edward Pagel of Harker Heights was arrested for online solicitation shortly after midnight in Hamilton.
