Landlord Helps Out Renters With Stimulus Money
According to NBC Bay Area News, a landlord in Santa Rosa, California did something really nice to help out his renters. He gave them all of his stimulus money.
That was a total of $3400, but that's not all he did. He cut another $500 off of their rent, making the total he helped out with over $7000 in all.
One of the renters, Cynthia Whittsit said "It was a great surprise, but I wasn’t really that surprised because that’s the type of guy he is,” Whitsitt said. “He’s a great guy."
The landlord, who didn't want to be identified, had talked it over with his wife and said he wishes he could have done more. He said, “I just feel like we’re all in this together.”
