Man Arrested After Injuring Woman On ATV

KWTX reports that a Central Texas man faces a serious charge after being involved in an ATV accident that resulted in a woman being severely injured.

Justin Neill, 32, of West has been charged with intoxication assault.

The woman who was severely injured, was a passenger on Neill's Polaris ATV that he was driving on FM 2311 at 4:00 a.m. on Sunday.

Police say the woman was a passenger aboard a Polaris ATV Neill was driving along FM 2311 around 4 AM Sunday. At some point, Neill swerved erratically, causing the woman to be thrown from the vehicle.
