Railroad Companies Offering $25,000 Signing Bonus

According to KSAT-TV, due to a severe shortage in labor, Union Pacific and BNSF Railway are offering up to $25,000 in what they describe as "hiring incentives" to train crew members in certain cities. Union Pacific recently posted the following tweet:
So dust off your resume and apply now at BNSF Railways or Union Pacific.
