Rosa's Cafe opened late last week on Scott Boulevard/31st Street in Temple, and it's already getting good buzz. Have you tried it yet? What did you think?

The sign is up and it's official! Work is underway on Rosa's Cafe and Tortilla Factory at 1702 Scott Blvd in Temple across from Scott and White and the Hilton Garden Inn.
