One of our employees was harassed all day Friday by scammers claiming to be with the IRS. We recorded a voicemail they left and wanted to share it with you.

"Re-shipping" scams have been trending nationwide and its now starting to hit close to home as Copperas Cove Police are now warning residents about the scam after a few local residents were victims of it.

Texas Partners Federal Credit Union is warning members of fraudulent calls from scammers posing as representatives of the credit union and attempting to collect personal information.

If someone calls you claiming to be from the IRS, demanding immediate payment, and threatening to have you imprisoned, keep calm and hang up.

The personal information of as many as 1,700 Belton ISD employees was compromised Friday after a  business office employee was fooled into sending W-2 information to scammers.
