Temple High School student Jacob Eubanks has been awarded the highest degree bestowed upon members of the Texas FFA Association.

Eubanks was presented with a Lone Star FFA Degree at the 88th Annual Texas FFA Convention in Dallas. He was one of just 2,500 FFA members to receive the degree among 115,000 Texas members.

In order to be eligible for the degree, Eubanks had to complete four semesters of agricultural science at or above the ninth grade level, participate in a supervised agricultural experience program, demonstrate leadership skills, and demonstrate commitment to the FFA through involvement at and above the chapter level.

Congratulations, Jacob!
