KWTX is reporting that two Temple teenagers were indicted Wednesday for capital murder in connection with a March 19 shooting near the intersection of Betsy Ross and Saulsbury Drive in Temple.
The Bell County Grand Jury handed over the indictments against Kevin Hambrick, jr., 17, and Cash Le'Anthony Hilliard, 18. Hambrick was 16 at the time of the shooting and was certified to stand trial as an adult.
The victim was from Copperas Cove. His name was Savion Manuel, 19. It's believed that the motive for the shooting was robbery, as the suspects had arranged to meet Savion to buy a video game system he had advertised.
