With your Temple Wildcats handling their business and beating the Bryan Vikings 42-7, all eyes are on the postseason now. Oliver Stone here to give you the inside scoop on Temple Wildcats football.

For this special 1st week playoff edition of the show, Coach Scott Stewart and I talked about the victory over Bryan, the challenge coming up against the Corsicana Tigers, and the perspective of defensive coordinator Coach Rawley Farrell.

Coach Stewart was very pleased with the result of the game, and feels it was one of the Wildcats' more complete games this season. The team went into the game looking to bounce back from that narrow defeat against the College Station Cougars.

Coach Stewart and Coach Farrell both touched on the fact that this Corsicana Tigers team is a very capable ball club, the quarterback for which is a coach's son.

"Having a coach's' son on the field is like basically having a coach playing on the field," Coach Stewart said.

The Wildcats will be in for a test, and are definitely looking to have cylinders firing to get a win this Friday over the Tigers.

The Wildcats will be playing at Waco ISD Stadium, where we played Waco University earlier in the regular season. The kickoff is at 7:30 PM on our sister station, KRock1017, and the Wildcats need you to come blue out the stadium and support them all the way to the state championship.

Good luck, and go Wildcats!
