Voter IDs Issued Saturdays In Killeen & Temple, Early Voting Begins Monday
If you don't have a driver's license but you're registered to vote, the Texas Department of Public Safety will be issuing Election Identification Certificates or EICs this Saturday and next Saturday October 29th at their offices at 302 Priest Drive in Killeen and 6612 S. General Bruce Drive in Temple according to the Killeen Daily Herald.
Office hours will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday but you can also obtain an EIC year-round during regular business hours. Early voting starts Monday (October 24th) through November 4th. If you are registered to vote but don't have a current valid ID, the EIC is free of charge to qualifying applicants. If you need more information visit votetexas.org.
