Temple Fire Officials Investigating Blaze at Vacant Home on 24th Street

Fire investigators are working to determine what caused blaze at a vacant house on South 24th Street Monday night.

The call to 1102 S. 24th was dispatched at 10:33 PM. When firefighters arrived, they saw heavy fire and smoke issuing from the wood-framed structure. The fire was under control within 20 minutes, but the home was rendered uninhabitable.
