Accident Involving A School Bus Sends One To Hospital

KWTX reported that an accident involving a Killeen Independent School District school bus sent one individual to a hospital according to a press release from the Killeen ISD.

The accident took place around 4:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, but the Killeen ISD didn't release any other details regarding the accident.

Three people who were aboard the bus, were checked out at the scene for injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital for their injuries.

Parents that had children on the school bus were notified about the accident that took place. Many of the students were picked up by their parents, and the two students treated by EMT's for their injuries were taken home on a second bus.
