Burkes Outlet Grand Opening in Temple April 6

Temple continues its economic boom with a new outlet store set to open in the Market Place Shopping Center in early April.

Burkes Outlet promises up to 70% off name brand items like clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and kids. They're set to have a grand opening in Temple at 3104 South 31st Street (across from the "new" HEB) from Thursday, April 6 to Sunday, April 9.

Burkes is owned by Beall's Inc, so if you've frequented the Temple Beall's location in the past, you'll want to check out the new store.

Personally, I remember that space being a gym frequented by Scott & White employees back in the 90's. I used to accompany my mom there, and I remember there being a huge swimming pool and a racquetball court, so there's going to be a lot of space on their sales floor.
