The Cameron Park Zoo in Waco has added three new residents.

According to our partners at News 10, the zoo on Tuesday introduced a capybara, an albino raccoon, and an American black bear.

The capybara named Morrison is a 100 pound rodent that arrived from the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, Arizona.  He will be housed in the El Rey de la Montana South American habitat.

The raccoon is a three and a half month old raccoon and is named Ghost.  He came from a rehabber in Houston and will be available to see in the raccoon exhibit.

The young American black bear is named Mowgli and is around 7 months old. He came to the Zoo from Minnesota and he was rescued along with his sister when their died during hibernation.  The were both taken to a veterinary clinic.  His sister died, but Mowgli survived.

If you'd like to check out these new residents, you can see them at the Cameron Park Zoo located at 1701 N 4th St, Waco, TX 76707.
