Normally everyone associates Christmas time with jingling bells, candy canes, Christmas caroling, and eggnog. Daniel Carlson and the city of Rogers are teaming up to add their own twist to a Christmas celebration - revving bikes!

December 9th in Rogers, Carlson and the Rogers Community Alliance will be holding the First Christmas Parade and Motorcycle Rally. Now don't let the motorcycle rally fool you into thinking this is strictly a biker event. This a family fun event for all ages.

The festivities will begin with the Christmas parade at 10 a.m. in Downtown Rogers, 1 Mesquite Avenue. The motorcycle rally will follow, and is part of an effort to collect toys for local kids in need this Christmas.

Besides the motorcycle rally, there'll be plenty of other events for the family as well, including food trucks and live music. Stick around for the best bike contest and best tattoo contest too. Early registration is available for both contests here.

The tattoo contest will be judged by Chris Ramos of Tattoos by Chucky and other members of his crew.

If you are looking for a day full of Christmas family fun, definitely come out and join in on the fun December 9th in Rogers! For more information about the times of events, location, parking, and other information; just click the above link. Also, check out the Facebook page for the event.
