FIrefighters Rescue Worker From Rafters at Extraco Center

Our partners at KWTX News 10 shared the photo below of a worker at the Extraco Event Center in Waco who got himself stuck in the rafters about 70 feet up from the floor.

Waco Fire tweeted out the photos of the rescue early Sunday. A lift truck at the Extraco Center somehow became stuck between the rafters on the ceiling. The story indicates it was just one person stuck up on the lift truck. That worker made it back down ok once the firefighters got there. They used a ladder truck to reach the worker and bring him to safety. The tweet from Waco Fire shows they had to bring the ladder truck all the way into the arena to get to the worker.
