Gatesville Man Sentenced to Prison for Punching Boy with Autism
Punch someone with Autism, go to jail. This seems to be the rule.
A man from Gatesville has been sentence to five years behind bars.
Robert Justin Helbert, 21, was found guilty of injury to a disabled minor late Tuesday.
According to KWTX, he was accused of punching a 17-year-old boy, which caused a hairline fracture in an eye socket and severe bruising.
Helbert already has a criminal record that includes aggravated robbery, as a juvinile, as well as a number of misdemeanors, and as an adult, burglary of a building which he served a sentence in a state jail.
