Killeen Police Searching for Couple Missing Since July 4
Detectives with the Killeen Police Department are hoping someone out there can help them find two people whose family haven't heard from them in over four months.
In a news release, police said family members last heard from Gary Christopher Tuley and Elsa Paynaganan Tuley on July 4, 2020.
Gary Tuley is described as a white male, age 47, standing 5'8" and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Elsa Tuley is described as a Pacific Islander female, age 32, standing 5'8" and weighing 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. (Comments posted to Killeen PD's Facebook page suggest Elsa may actually be shorter and weight about 20 pounds fewer than 130.)
KCEN-TV's Jim Hice reports that Gary and Elsa's family reported them missing on October 13 after not having heard from them for so long. When police visited the couple's house for a welfare check, the found it empty. Police did not see any signs of foul play.
If you have any information that could help police find Gary and Elsa, please contact the Killeen Police Department at (254) 501-8800.
