Let’s Ride! 8th Annual Ride for a Child is This Saturday
The 8th Annual Central Texas Ride for a Child is happening this Saturday with proceeds benefitting "Aware Central Texas."
Strap on the leathers and fire up the bike this Saturday and help support a great cause, helping to prevent child abuse in Central Texas.
The weather this weekend should be perfect for a ride. Currently it's forecast to be sunny and 75. If you'd like to participate in the Ride for a Child event, here are some details to know.
You can pre-register now or register on Saturday at Horny Toad Harley-Davidson, 7454 S. General Bruce Dr., Temple, TX, starting at 10:30am through 11:30am. Registration is $25 for individual riders or $30 for riders with a passenger.
Registration does includes a free event t-shirt with additional t-shirts available for purchase.
Kickstands up at 12p with the ride ending at around 1:30p at the Pit Stop Bar and Grill, 14595 FM 439, Nolanville, TX. Food, live music and a live and silent auction will take place at the Pit Stop Bar and Grill following the ride.
Proceeds from this ride will be used to help prevent child abuse in Central Texas.
