Miller’s Smokehouse Now Open 7 Days a Week
If you've been following my journey as I continue to explore the ins and outs of Central Texas, you're probably privy to the fact that I absolutely love Miller's Smokehouse located on 208 N. Penelope St. in Belton.
It was my first Texas BBQ experience and it hooked me for life. I imagine some of you can't help but stop when you drive by and get a whiff of that brisket, too. Miller's Smokehouse is making some changes though and while I respect it, I can honestly say I'm a little sad that my weekly BBQ binge will be limited by their new store hours. However they will be open 7 days a week!
Starting this Sunday, July 17 Miller's Smokehouse will be open 7 days a week with limited hours. Here's the schedule.
Sunday-Thursday: LUNCH ONLY - 11 a.m. until sold out
Friday- Saturday: 11 am to 9 pm or until sold out.
So that's good and bad news. No more BBQ dinners during the week but hey, now you can get some brisket on Sunday and Mondays - which I always seem to forget!
