There will soon be more options than ever for those looking to take a day trip to a beautiful tulip farm this spring.

Texas-Tulips in the Dallas area has been a fan favorite for folks looking to pick some bright bulbs for a vase back home for a minute. Now the owners will be opening another farm in San Antonio this February.

Texas-Tulips Dallas and Texas-Tulips San Antonio open earlier than most due to the family company knowing the secret in creating "early" tulips. They've even had fully mature bulbs as early as December.

Both farms are home to thousands of tulips over dozens of acres. Entry fees start at $5 per person and $2.50 for each individual tulip, which will come wrapped in paper with flower gel for the stems.

Discounts are available to veterans, seniors, and students at $7.50 a person, which includes the entrance fee and three tulips.
