Road Delays in Killeen This Week

A report from the city of Killeen press release, says that drivers need to be on the lookout for road work that could potentially delay their pursuits.

Signal repairs will be taking place on Thursday and Friday at the intersection of Willow Springs Road and Interstate 14 in the eastbound direction. Crews will be at work there from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on those two days.

The repairs are taking place due to a vehicle accident that occurred, and damaged the traffic signal and the mast arm as well. The repairs must be made to make the signal function correctly.

Work crews at the scene will have multiple traffic control devices and workers to assist drivers the through construction. As always, drivers should proceed with caution while driving though the road work. The city of Killeen apologizes for the mess, and appreciates your cooperation during these next two days.
