Scedric Moss Is A My Kiss 1031 Hometown Hero

We're showing some love to another My Kiss 1031 Hometown Hero!

Chief Warrant Officer Scedric Moss was nominated by his friend, Jasmin Caldwel. Jasmin had this to say about Scedric:

Chief Warrant Officer Scedric Moss has served in the United States Army for nearly 16 years. He spent the last three years as a solider at Fort Hood. Most recently he was sent to Korea where he has been for the last 6 months.

Other than being a solider, Scedric is also a community leader. In 2017 he founded the Moss Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that focuses on academics and community service, with the fundamental purpose of achievement.

For the last two years Scedric Moss has brought the only Historically Black College and University Fair to the City of Killeen. Hundreds of students were able to get on the spot acceptance into some of the nation’s top HBCU's as well as receive scholarships.

Not only does the Moss foundation help the youth of Killeen, the foundation also gives back by supplying free coats and food to those in need.

When it comes to being a hero, Scedric Moss is a hero times two. Not only does he go to work every day to defend our country, but he also works to gives back and help uplift the Central Texas community.

So, not only does Scedric work to empower and educate Central Texans, but to clothe and feed those in need here as well. It takes a generous spirit and plenty of energy to keep with all the work in addition to serving in the military, and for never tiring in his commitment to getting it all done, Scedric is a My Kiss 1031 Hometown Hero!
