Three people are in the Bell County Jail this week after police reportedly linked them to a mid-January shooting that left a man dead.

According to a press release issued by the Temple Police Department, three people have been arrested for their roles in the incident from earlier this month.

Around 7:45 PM on Saturday, January 16th, Temple Police Officers responded to a call about a shooting in the 600 block of East Young Avenue.

38-year-old Roderick Harris was found with a gunshot wound at the scene. He was taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, where he later passed away.

Police say their investigation showed three people -  31-year-old Elizabeth Renee Moore, 26-year-old Concepcion Quinones, and 18-year-old Deon Le Felland - had something to do with the murder.

All three have been charged with first-degree murder and remained in the Bell County Jail Tuesday. Jail records showed that Moore's bond was set at $500,000, while bond for Quinones and Felland were set at $1 million.

Additional charges of failure to appear in court, operating a vehicle without a license, and driving the wrong way on a one way road were listed for Felland.
