Texas Governor Rick Perry Wants Connecticut Gun Maker to move to Texas

Texas Governor Rick Perry tweeted a message on Friday reaching out to a Connecticut gun-maker inviting them to "come on down" to Texas.

On Wednesday PTR announced it would leave Connecticut after state lawmakers passed restrictive gun control legislation, according to the Associated Press.

PTR said Wednesday that it doesn't know where it will go, but its more than 40 employees are willing to relocate. The Associated Press says the company makes military-style rifles.
