Some jobs have special perks. In radio, that used to be concert tickets. Still can, to a point. Car salesmen can occasionally take a car from the lot to drive around. Sex for favors hasn't been a perk for at least 30 years, but that doesn't mean people don't try.

KWTX is reporting that Marlin Police Captain Hector Almazan Gonzalez allegedly coerced sex from an undocumented kitchen worker.

An arrest warrant affidavit released Thursday, June 29 states that Gonzalez promised not to arrest the woman if she had sex with him.

The lady in the affidavit is identified only as A.M.C.

A Falls County D.A. investigator and a Texas Ranger arrested Gonzalez late Wednesday. He was released later after posting $50,000 bond.

It seems that Captain Gonzalez and the alleged victim were once friends. He reportedly helped get a crash report from the Riesel Police Department after her husband was in a traffic accident. It's at this point the story takes a bad turn.

She was taken to his home where he allegedly performed a sex act upon her, according to the affidavit.

According to the affidavit, the woman reported having felt obligated to give in to Gonzales' advances because of his status as a police officer and his promise not to arrest her for being an undocumented immigrant.
