Authorities Announce Identity Of Man Killed in Centex Crash

KWTX reported that authorities have identified a man that was killed in a one-car crash  last Friday night.

The one-car crash occurred on State Highway 6 last Friday night. The individual killed in the crash was Jacob Trejo. Trejo was 24 years old, and was a Waco native.

Trejo passed away at the scene of the accident that night. The accident occurred that night around 8:35 p.m., and it was near Baylor Camp Road just south of China Spring.

Trejo was operating a Ford Fusion on State Highway 6 North, and the vehicle veered off to the shoulder. The vehicle hit a guardrail, crossed the roadway, and collided with a tree.

Authorities at the scene, said Trejo was not wearing his safety belt when he got into the accident.
