Homeowner in Central Texas Takes Fire Fight into Own Hands

Fire officials are working to determine the cause of a blaze that damaged a home in Waco Wednesday morning.

KWTX reports that the fire broke out in a home on Lafayette Circle around 7:30 AM yesterday. Fire crews from Bellmead, Waco, and Lacy Lakeview responded and found a resident trying to extinguish the blaze with a garden hose.

Thankfully, no one was injured.
