Temple Man Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting Nurse
A Temple man was in the Bell County Jail Saturday on charges of second degree felony assault after allegedly attacking a nurse.
Juan Antonio Rodriguez, 27, was reportedly a patient at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple Thursday, January 26, when he became upset and allegedly punched a nurse.
KWKT-TV reported that the nurse was treated in the emergency room, possibly for a broken jaw and a lost tooth.
Rodriguez was booked in the Bell County Jail Thursday at 5:40 PM. As of Saturday, he was still be held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
