Victim of Accident On U.S. Highway 190/Interstate 14 Identified
KWTX's Marco Revuelta reported that a woman who was hit by a car on U.S. Highway 190/Interstate 14, has been identified.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that 33-year-old Tiffany Nicole Waff of Killeen was pronounced dead on the scene after being struck on the interstate by a 2004 Kia Optima.
The Texas Department of Public Safety Sargent David Roberts said Waff walked out into the eastbound direction of U.S. Highway 190/Interstate 14, and was hit by 18-year -old Laundra Tionna White of Killeen.
White will not face any criminal charges, and was also not injured in the accident.
