Drivers along northbound I-35 in Salado were delayed for miles after a truck hauling concrete slabs overturned Tuesday.

TxDOT's Jodi Wheatley sent an alert at 1:51 PM indicating that the truck had jackknifed and spilled its load near Mile Marker 285 and FM 2268.

Traffic was moving, but backed up for several miles. TxDOT officials estimated it may take two to four hours to clear and were recommending driver's take an alternate route north.
