WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN CENTRAL TEXAS?

A woman in Austin was recently hospitalized with severe injuries after someone in another car deliberately veered through several lanes of traffic just to wreck into her.  The driver who authorities say seems to have wanted to get into a confrontation with other drivers rammed right into the woman's vehicle and almost caused it to flip.

HAS THE DRIVER BEEN IDENTIFIED?

The incident actually happened back in March, but authorities have been searching for the maniac driver. What could have caused them to intentionally set out to hurt other people on the highway? Police aren't sure, but say the reckless driver had flipped off the woman before ramming her. Talk about road rage!
