Keep your fur family safe and healthy by staying up to date with their annual vaccinations.

According to a press release from the City of Killeen,  veterinarian Dr. John Tarlton and his staff will be offering low cost pet vaccinations to residents of Killeen on Wednesday, December 9.

Killeen Animal Services will host a low cost pet vaccination clinic from 5 to 7 p.m. at Killeen Special Events Center, 3301 S. WS Young Drive. All pets must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.

Each year it is vital that you keep up with your pet's vaccination schedule to keep them healthy. Taking your pet to the veterinarian can get expensive quickly, but it doesn't have to be if you go to the right place at the right time. You don't have to pay an arm and a leg for good quality service here in Central Texas.

Complete yearly vaccinations for cats and dogs are just $20. Individual shots are also available. Rabies vaccinations for cats or dogs are $5. Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo/Corona shots for dogs are $15. Kennel cough shots are $10. Feline Leukemia/PRCC vaccinations are $15. Preventative flea and heartworm medication will also be available for purchase.
