When it comes to germs, everyone who knows me knows I’m the first person to grab the hand sanitizer and a can of Lysol when someone even breaths in my studio.

I absolutely despise people who don’t put their hand over their mouth when they cough, the same way I despise people who don’t put their hand over their nose when they sneeze.

That said, I’m not going to choke or threaten to kill you if you do it.

Welp, a Texas woman did and is in deep trouble for it.

The Houston Chronicle reports that Rosalina Liliana Castaneda choked and tried to stab her boyfriend because he sneezed on her.

According to court records, the two were sitting in her car when the boyfriend sneezed on her. She then grabbed a knife and attempted to slash the tires on her boyfriend's father’s van. When he tried to stop her, Castaneda reportedly grabbed him by the neck and began choking him while trying to stab him with the knife in her other hand

The boyfriend told investigators he lost consciousness and awoke to find her on top of him with his face numb, bloodied, and in pain.

Authorities were called, and the investigator said the boyfriend had swelling and bruising to his left eye and bottom lip.

Casteneda was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault of a family member by choking or strangulation.

All over a sneeze. SMH.

She went too far. I can see being annoyed that someone just sneezed on her, but to trying to stab the dude? C'mon! Pop an Emergen-C and suck it up.
