Names of Victims in West Bell County Shooting Released to Public
KWTX's Paul J. Gately and Brandon Hamilton reported that the Bell County investigators have identified the victims of a double shooting that took place in Central Texas.
The investigators released the names on Wednesday of the double shooting that occurred in West Bell County.
The man that was killed after the double shooting was William Gillen, 75, and the woman in critical condition is his wife, Linda, 71.
Linda Gilleen is still in critical condition presently at a Central Texas hospital. Assistant Chief Deputy Maj. T.J. Cruz said, "As of right now there is no suspect information, Investigation is still ongoing.”
The shooting took place on Monday night just south of Killeen, at a house located on Slawson Lane. William Gillen died at the scene of the shooting.
