I’m Lynn Woolley with your Logic Minute for 2/13/13

Somebody must have sat President Obama down and explained to him that
the economy is a mess. So he paid lip service to that nagging little
problem in the State of the Union address. His ideas to fix it?
Increased federal spending on infrastructure. Raising the minimum
wage. More spending on early childhood education. Give him credit.
He’s a big government guy, and he’s consistent – but he sold us one
big-spending Stimulus that failed miserably, and we won’t be suckered
into another one. With unemployment high -- and steady -- during his
four years, the LAST thing this country needs is a rise in the minimum
wage. But, the President is a progressive, you see, and whether it
works isn’t the issue. “Fairness” is the issue. So we also got more
of the liberal laundry list of climate change – can’t say “global
warming” after last week’s blizzards – gun control, and amnesty.
